Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the return slip inside the box.
Ship or Drop Off
Drop your package at a designated carrier location or bring it directly to the customer service desk at your nearest Decathlon store.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
