We offer a 365-day return policy for our Decathlon members. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return it to any store or via mail provided it is in a resalable condition.

Every product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' specific to the sport and brand. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our charts to ensure the best fit for performance.
Does Decathlon offer warranties on technical gear?
Yes, most of our Passion Brand products (like Quechua, Tribord, and B'Twin) come with a minimum 2-year warranty. Some items, like our backpack frames, are even guaranteed for 10 years.
What are the shipping options and delivery times?
We offer standard home delivery, express shipping, and 'Click & Collect' which allows you to pick up your order from a local store within 2 hours if the item is in stock.
Can I get my sports equipment serviced at Decathlon?
Absolutely. Many of our stores feature a 'Workshop' where we provide bike maintenance, racket stringing, ski waxing, and personalization services like jersey printing.
